General IT Service (Per Month)
Includes:
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, comprehensive on-site maintenance and performance regular checking for:
1.1.1. 25 existing computers systems (desktops and laptops) with options for increasing if required.
1.1.2. 15 Associated printers with options for increasing if required.
1.1.3. Dell PowerEdge 740 Server with Operating System and SUSE Linux 12 SP4 for SAP and if required to upgrade their operating system to latest versions as per our requirements.
1.1.4. Cyberoam Firewall and user’s control and upgrade Firewall.
1.1.5. UPS for Servers and Plant Computers.
1.1.6. CCTV system configuration and data storing.
1.1.7. Configuration of the managed switches to optimize network traffic.
1.1.8. Complete network system in office and in plants.
Solve Tally software issues and trouble shooting. Also, restricted access in coordination with Finance Manager and IT.
1.3. Supply and install Symantec or equivalent Anti-Virus for 25 users with option for increasing if required.
1.4. Repair the hardware and software within shortest time and as per agree.
1.5. The replacement of all the spares is included under the AMC. Second Party will replace the defective parts with original spares of the brand/make of the computer and peripherals as far as possible. In the event of non-availability of the spare parts, equivalent or higher configuration components should be substituted with the company’s consent. Faulty parts removed from the system belong to First Party.
1.6. The scope of work also includes solving all software issues like Operating system, reinstallation of OS, Antivirus, software patches, configuration of machine as if required taking Data Backup before formatting the machines, configuring printers, Scanners, Biometric devices, bringing PC to Company domain after reinstallation of PC, installation/configuration of all software’s provided by First Party like Antivirus, software patches, MS office and Browser configuration etc.
1.7. Update, modify, solve and Maintain website and emails issues. Also, extend the email capacity when it is required.
1.8. Maintenance provider have to upgrade to the latest version of windows Original Operating Systems, Anti-Virus, and Server Applications.
1.9. Scheduled Backup of all the systems (including desktop files and outlook files) and the server will be performed and maintained.
1.10. Perform Data Recovery in case of Hard Disk / Recovery drive crash of any computer systems or Server or network drive.
1.11. Maintain Confidentiality of the data to make sure that all types of data should be accessible to authorized users only and should not to be exposed to outside intently or unintendedly.
